Reflexology is a holistic therapy that has been practised for thousands of years, using ancient Chinese massage techniques that target specific pressure points primarily, on the hands and feet. It can be referred to as 'a combination of acupressure, energy work and massage all-in-one. It works to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, releases built-up tension in your body and helps the body to detoxify, so it can be restored to its natural state of calm and equilibrium.' Studies show that reflexology can help with many health conditions. It also helps to manage pain relief, stress and anxiety and general improvement of wellbeing during serious illness. Alternatively, it can be a beautiful stimulus for the ”rest and digest” impulse of the parasympathetic nervous system, which might explain why so many reflexology clients fall asleep as soon as their treatment begins! Your reflexology session can be combined with pure and high grade aromatherapy for the complete sensory experience. Debbie also incorporates the use of powerful crystal wands to get to those hard to reach reflexes and enhance your healing experience by combining the two modalities. All you have to do is remove your shoes and socks, and of course, if you have difficulty reaching your feet, Debbie can help with that too. Cancellation Policy

InHolistics has a strict NO REFUND POLICY on ALL services. This includes PAYG, single payments and block payments for classes, events and treatments. Block payments are valid for a period of 3 months from date of first session. Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of voucher. Sessions which are not used during this time are non refundable. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
