Top Questions

What should I expect from my first session?

During the first session, information will be gathered about your health history and well-being to assist Debbie's work towards creating a suitable course of action.  It is also your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the treatment you are about to receive.  The duration of this part depends on the therapy you are about to received but is normally followed by the treatment.  The first session is usually about 15 minutes longer than a normal one.

How do I know which therapy is the right one for me?

Whereas some clients have a clear and exact idea of which treatment they would like, it is often a case that clients wish to explore other therapies on offer and are not sure where to start.  You either have the option to book a free 15 minute consultation with Debbie, drop her a message via the Let's Chat option (botton right hand corner) or fill in the Contact form found at the bottom of the Home Page.  Either way, rest assured that together you will find the therapy that is perfectly suited for your requirements.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

Many of the therapies offered can help clients with terminal and chronic illness.  Pain relief, pain management, mental coping strategies and self care are some of the benefits you may receive.
