How to use Ritual Rollers:

Start by setting your intention. Apply generously to the inside of your wrists. Rub your wrists together, then bring them together. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Remind yourself of your intention. Visualise yourself experiencing the benefits of the essential oils. Take a few more deep breaths as the benefits take effect. Repeat when needed. Enjoy!
