Sacred Sanctuary Healing Retreat

Service Description

✨ Sacred Sanctuary Healing Retreats — A New Monthly Experience ✨ For years, I have held sacred space through my monthly Gong Baths and Sound Healing Journeys. As times have shifted and my practice has evolved, a new offering has emerged — one that reflects the deeper, more expansive direction my work is now moving in. I’m delighted to introduce Sacred Sanctuary Healing Retreats, a monthly experience devoted to nourishing your whole being. On Sunday afternoons, you are invited to step into a haven of serenity. We gather in the beautiful, nurturing space of West Coker Commemoration Hall, where each retreat becomes a sanctuary dedicated to resetting your nervous system, restoring inner calm, and supporting your physical and spiritual wellbeing. Each gathering weaves together a gentle blend of soothing yoga, mindful breathwork, and embodied practices, before closing with a Celestial Resonance Sound Bath to guide you into deep, restorative relaxation. Every month carries its own unique theme, lovingly curated to meet you where you are and support your inner journey. Our first retreat opens with Nervous System Reset — a grounding, restorative experience designed to help you soften, settle, and return to a place of inner balance. Step into the sanctuary. Allow yourself to be held. Let your whole being exhale. Our first retreat will be held on the 8th November from 1pm till 4pm Please bring your own yoga mat, cushions, blankets, journal and water bottle.
