InHolistics News & Upcoming Events
Dear Beautiful Soul,
As I sit down to write this, I find myself filled with gratitude for each and every one of you. Whether you've attended a yoga class, joined me for a healing session, experienced a sound bath, travelled on retreat, or simply followed my journey over the years, thank you.
Your trust, support and continued presence have allowed my work to evolve and grow in ways I could never have imagined, and I am deeply honoured to walk alongside so many incredible souls on their healing journeys.
Today I have several exciting updates to share with you.
✨ The Evolution from Gong Baths to Sacred Sanctuary Healing Retreats
Many of you will know that for years I have held regular gong baths and sound healing events. While these gatherings have been beautiful and transformative, I have increasingly felt called to create something deeper.
The result is my new Sacred Sanctuary Healing Retreats.
Rather than a standalone sound experience, these retreats offer a nurturing sanctuary where you can truly step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and receive healing on multiple levels.
Each retreat weaves together carefully chosen elements such as:
🌿 Yoga
🌿 Deep relaxation
🌿 Guided healing practices
🌿 Sacred space and connection
🌿 Sound healing and vibrational medicine
🌿 Reflection, restoration and renewal
These retreats are designed to support the whole person: body, mind, heart and spirit.
I would love for you to join me at our upcoming retreat on:
📅 8th November Sacred Sanctuary Healing Retreat
A day dedicated to rest, healing, connection and transformation.
There are only a handful of spaces left so please don't delay booking via the website.

Sacred Egyptian Mystery School of the Eight Temples
I am incredibly excited to officially announce my newest training:
Sacred Egyptian Mystery School of the Eight Temples
This powerful initiatory journey takes place over eight monthly online temple gatherings and explores the wisdom, teachings and energetic transmissions of eight sacred Egyptian goddesses.
Together we journey through the temples, awakening deeper aspects of intuition, healing, feminine wisdom, self-mastery and spiritual remembrance.
This is not simply a course. It is an initiation into ancient mysteries designed to support personal transformation and spiritual growth.
If you have been feeling called towards Egyptian wisdom, goddess work, intuitive development or sacred feminine teachings, I invite you to explore the full details on my website.
✨ Early enquiries and applications are now welcome.
🧘♀️ New Yoga Class at West Coker
I'm delighted to share that I will also be launching a new yoga class in West Coker.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, these classes are designed to be supportive, welcoming and accessible.
Please see the poster below for full details.
With Gratitude
As we move into another season together, I want to thank you once again for your continued support, friendship and trust.
It is a privilege to share this work with you and to witness the growth, healing and transformation that unfolds within our incredible community.
I look forward to seeing many of you at a retreat, class, healing session or online temple gathering very soon.
